It is similar to an Aadhar card that verifies organizational details, but it also provides information about professional achievements in the hospitality field. If it is a product or service then it broadly defines its exact product or service parameters, its goodness & importance in a defined and traceable manner along with detailed research on product & service which helps the industry to choose the product or service for its usage across India & Asia level.

Culinary ID has to be renewed every year as per the process of ACOHI BOG and is given only for one successful year, after verifying the last year’s report card of Individual, professionals, products & services it is extended for the next year.

This is to ensure all the categories mentioned are on toes for quality and standards along with individuals & professional’s career mapping along with their micro and macro movements with destinations & brands for which they work across the world.

• Fill the inquiry form, attach a LOI – letter of intent printed on your letter head with clear indication and preference of your culinary id and its category (City, State, National & International). Send the mail at along with all documents & KYC attached of company.
• Products & services companies can attach the KYC documents of their directors & their company documents like (Incorporation Certificate, Directors Details, DIN Numbers where as single owners can attach their individual KYC).
• Basic Verification of submitted documents will be done by the inquiry team and your process will be forwarded to the Culinary ID team who will take the matter ahead for detailed process & verification.
• After the detailed verification, depending on the proposal, the travelling city, state, company and product culinary ID department will ask you to submit the minimum advance payment (non refundable) of fixed percentage which is defined as per the clause of BOG for inspection which may vary from case to case as it depends on time, number of committee members, state and overall work to be performed for inspection. The payment is based on the size of verification and organization. The payment will be adjusted in your final amount once the final process is done.
• After the payment is done from your end, order will be released for committee formation for physical verification of premises/factory/services.
• All the expenses of the honorable committee in terms of travel, stay, miscellaneous expenses have to be borne by the company if it is a product or service.
• A secret report will be provided by the defined Honorable Committee consisting of stalwarts from the subject & industry after inspecting of your premises /company/service area to ACOHI BOG, based on which your Culinary ID will be approved, in case the report is negative the proposal will be rejected.
• Once the proposal is approved as per the secret report, Culinary ID is approved on City, State, National or International Level and certification is issued.
• At this stage Press option is offered to clients which acts as a big boost to products, services as it increases its brand positioning, value and overall the company standing in market along with brand asset value with increase in valuations for the overall company in terms of INR & Dollars as it is endorsed by the topmost organization of the Hospitality Industry of India & Asia.
• Press option is offered with City, State, National & International level with different price tag apart from the payment which has been paid for Culinary ID Yearly Process which acts as a complete value for money bundle pack to celebrate this prestigious certification which in turn also acts as a big boosting event for the product /services or individual. • Along with the press you are allowed to bring 15-20 special guests who can attend the Press Conference who could be your future prospects, investors or current or proposed clients.

The tag can come on your brand communications as company listed with ACOHI – Asian Chamber of Hospitality Industry – Registration Number ACOHI/IND/500023/BRANDNAME/YEAR/ACCREDITED with trusted brand logo of ACOHI.


• Pricing for City Category – Rs. 50,000/- + applicable taxes for the period one year for listing (subject to renewal every year fulfilling all terms & conditions).
• Pricing for State Category – Rs. 1,00,000/- + applicable taxes for the period one year for listing (subject to renewal every year fulfilling all terms & conditions).
• Pricing for National Category – Rs. 2,00,000/- + applicable taxes for the period one year for listing (subject to renewal every year fulfilling all terms & conditions).
• Pricing for International Category – Rs. 10,00,000/- + applicable taxes for the period one year for listing (subject to renewal every year fulfilling all terms & conditions).
• Price is excluding visit/travel charges on site/factory/premise which is described in BOG procedure for the listing purpose.
• Listing will solely depend on the final decision of visit authority/authorities and their confidential report about your brand/product/premises for final listing purpose.
• Listing will solely depend on approval of KYC from the Board after the scrutiny of Company /Brand/Organization/Service after the rigorous check points which have been prescribed in BOG Format & Constitution of ACOHI.
• After the successful completion of all checkpoints listing will be awarded for one year which could be subsequently renewed after the completion of one year term.
